So there is no one specialist that can diagnosis a foreign body reaction, it could be any doctor depending on the situation, who can diagnose for breast implants with low wbc, rushes, headaches, and a host of other symptoms?

Suggest seeing the physician who installed the breast implants, as he/she is best to evaluate consequences of same, but an internist or allergist could determine if this may be a reaction to the composition of the implants.
