The lesions you have noted may be on your cornea, the clear dome shaped tissue that covers the iris. If you are not experiencing pain, light sensitivity, tearing, redness, discharge, or blurred vision, it is not likely an urgent condition. However, any eye problem that does not clear up in a few days should be evaluated by an eye doctor, as some conditions can be sight threatening.

If it's truly on the iris, then it's inside the eye and should be evaluated by an ophthalmologist. If it's actually on the surface of eye (cornea) and does not go away when you wash your face, it should also be evaluated by an ophthalmologist. However if it moves around or disappears, it could be just a reflection of light (Purkinje reflex) on the cornea and is completely normal.
