Try leaving it alone. Keep it clean and it will do fine. A cool compress will decrease any itching or try diphenhydramine by mouth. The skin around the eye is thin and absorbs any medication in higher amounts. Hydrocortizone thins the skin and its use for bites provides no benefit over doing nothing at all.
