"Meprate" is a form of progesterone, and taking it for five days will generally initiate bleeding. If you have not had periods "for three months", it may be due to pregnancy, or polycystic ovarian disease (PCOD). Obtain a serum HCG test to be certain about pregnancy, and see your GYN physician for an exam and further testing if HCG is negative.
