Depends: It only matters if you are pregnant. It comes from the colon and gets into the vagina. It is not a problem for you, but if you are not treated with the appropriate antibiotics during labor at the right time before delivery your baby could get very sick. Don't worry. It is c'mon and only to protect your baby! if not pregnant no worries !
