It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed/anxious. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated.

I would schedule an appointment to see your primary care practitioner to discuss your concerns. These numbers are not necessarily dangerous. It sounds as if they are anxiety provoking to you. Consider going to urgent care if you cannot secure a timely appointment with your doctor. An exam and an objective look may be reassuring.
