If you are otherwise well and without cough or fever, this is unlikely to affect the baby. If you have cough,shortness of breath or fever, please let your physician know. Discuss your vaccinations at the next OB visit.

No, a cherry pit should cause no difficulty. A peach pit i would be concerned about. Good luck with your pregnancy.
