Just finished a seven day prescription of clindamycin hcl 300mg for an infected throat. i now have a severely itchy rash, how do i safely treat it?

You are done with the antibiotic course so the rashes will resolve by itself in a couple days. If you are itching too much, especially at night, you can take OTC Benadryl 25 mg, every 8 hours as needed, for the next 48-72 hours. No more Clindamycin in the future, it should be on your allergy list.
