Received a head butt from my dog in the left eye cheek area. bruising underneath the eye the next day. 2 days after have numbness in left nostril and upper lip, as well as pain in upper left jaw when squinting same eye. no vision problems. normal?

If there is no raw area, you may watch and wait. If there is a raw area, apply triple antibiotic cream to it. If you are improving you may let it take its course. If the numbness persists and is not getting better in a week or so, it would be prudent to see a doctor. Wish you good health!
