Child age 8 years, what can be the cause of blood once in nov 2020 and one in june 30. did blood test and urine test for june 30,2021 sample and there was protien. after that no blood in urine and no protien as well, what can be the reason?

The 8-y-o child seems to have had a transient hematuria/proteinuria (presence of red blood cell and protein in urine) which carries low risk for a serious condition. Persistent hematuria/proteinuria with elevated blood pressure could be a part of serious kidney disease. It will be prudent to have him/her checked again in 6 months.
