Hard to know. You have not provided any information on what was being treated and how you came to suspect a problem. There are some infections that occur with no symptoms. One would suspect that a treatment failure would be obvious return of symptoms. Most cases of antibiotic failure would be obvious with no improvement within the first few days of treatment.
