Been having cramps every day, i just passed a large blood clot in my stool a few days ago and now im seeing these pea size black balls in my stool, i did check them out and they had a whitish/clear hard mush inside. nothing related to food, ideas?

Any abnormal bleeding warrants an investigation. It may be due to hemorrhoids, or something more serious. It would be prudent to see your doctor for an in-person examination. In the meantime start taking oral iron and multivitamins to prevent anemia from blood loss. Wish you good health!
