About two months ago i got what i thought was friction burn on my penis. at first it was red and itchy. redness and itchyness would go down by the next day, i would start flaking for a few days, and then the itch would pick back up. cycle continues?

Try some OTC cortisone? hydrocortisone ointment/cream for a few days. If it does not go away you need to be seen by a Urologist. Does not sound serious
