Though you have frequent headaches and with so many triggers but not have migraine so somethings are in your favor. Nobody knows what is the exact mechanism of headache. The only two things I can suggest you: your brain and skull is not responsible, you can prevent triggers and see if headaches resolve. I wish I could cure you but time is the only one thing that resolves the problem. Helpful?

If bright light triggers symptoms you may try to avoid bright light and consider sunglasses
