Possibly sinus: Have you had a recent cold? Any congestion or nasal blockage? Any discolored nasal mucous? If so it could be sinus pain. It also could be a muscle spasm type pain. Try advil or alleve. Consider ice as well. If it worsens see your doctor.

?migraine: You may be suffering migraine headaches, but may also have local jaw or dental problems, and the coughing which results in transient elevation of intracranial pressure may exacerbate any cerebral process. Hydrocephalus, or brain masses can cause increased pain on these valsalva-like maneuvers. So, maybe, see your doctor and decide if imaging is needed.
