Pain in the lower adobomal vaginal, bum and back suddenly came on not pregnant but feels like labour pains?

My patients told me many times that pain with kidney stone (renal colic) is much worse than labor pain. In those areas you describes, pain can originate from several visceral organs other than labor pain or renal colic. A thorough history and physical examination are required to decide the next steps which are blood and urine tests, ultrasound and/or CT scan.
