A member asked:

Would a lower dose (10mg) of lexapro thin your blood less than a higher dose? im wondering if i have a lower bleeding risk with a lower dose?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

I think the risk for bleeding is especially present if the patient is also taking a blood thinning agent already or has a bleeding tendency from other factors. If you don't fall into these categories I don't think you'd have to lower your dose. Validate this advice by checking with your prescribing physician, however.
