A member asked:

My period is on time one month, and late the next month (by 5-6 days). this pattern has been going on for 6 months. my gp said it's normal cuz a normal period cycle is from 3-5 weeks. is she right & should i be concerned or not about my situation?

Your GP is correct. Menstrual cycles do not keep a clock. Do not be concerned. Have a healthy diet, exercise 30 minutes/day, drink plenty of water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. For nutrition: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/. Get HPV and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!
