Good fluid intake (2 liters a day) and high fiber foods + active and exercise. Pay attention to the foods or fruits which exacerbate the constipation. Remember, not all fruits are good for constipation. Persimmon is one fruit which causes constipation although it is rich in potassium. Oriental medicine calls those foods or fruits are hot foods. Papaya and Prune are good for relieving constipation.
