Yesterday i took a pregnancy test but i noticed that in the container where i collected my urine there was white vaginal discharge, can this affect the result of the test? and i'm not sure how to avoid it if yes, because i have always have it?

What you describes should not affect the results, if you followed rest of the protocol. It takes about 3 weeks for the embryo to make enough HCG for a positive pregnancy test. Blood test may be done a day after a missed period. Home pregnancy tests should be done 4-5 days after the missed period. If the result is negative repeat the test in 4-5 days. Wish you good health!
