The iliac crest is the superior portion of your ilium (hip bone). It, along with attached muscles, were probably bruised subsequent to your fall. You should seek a consultation with your physician for an examination of that area.

Sounds like you may have bruised or possibly fractured the right ischial tubercle. Your physician can confirm with an xray, cat scan or bone scan.
