You should not take antibiotic unless you have a confirmed urogenital infection. The pus cell (white cell) count is not always accurate. Many laboratories make an error in reporting because they do not have the expertise to differentiate between pus cells and sperm precursor cells. True pyospermia: one million white cells in 1 cc of semen. See a urologist if you have infertility and pyospermia.
