This language suggests you just need to continue getting pap smears at the interval suggested by your doc. If they believe the findings warrant another procedure to be sure, follow their lead. Your lupus would be unrelated.

My pap results shows HPV mRNA E6/E7. It also says epithelial cell abnormality low grade squamous intraepithelial lesion (LSIL). What does this mean? I also already had a colonoscopy last year and the results were CIN1.
