I doubt any neurologist would come to an ER for such an issue. The testing needed to sort this out is often done on special equipment they keep in their office or in specialty labs they send you to after your initial visit. They do come to the ER for seizure patients when their seizures cannot be stopped. An ER doc would see you, and run up a bill, but then send you home.

Agree with Dr Ferguson, as ER is present to handle acute, not chronic issues. You likely have pinched nerves over both wrists, "carpal tunnel syndrome". Would recommend EMG testing which could be ordered by your primary doctor. Not even sure that you truly need to see one of my neurological colleagues for your described issues. Get wrist splints from orthopedic supply store, wear at night.

Have you seen a primary care provider? If not it would be useful to see one to ascertain if a neurology consultation is needed. If one is needed, your doctor may be able to arrange one, if one is needed urgently. Have a healthy diet, exercise 30 minutes/day, drink plenty of water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.
