See physician soon: There are a number of neurological problems that can complicate HIV infections. You need a prompt and thorough evaluation. You should start with an infectious disease specialist. If one is not available to you, go to a hospital emergency clinic.

Neuropathy: This certainly sounds like HIV induced neuropathy; however, you will need a full nereurological exam and testing as well as adjustment of your HIV medications. Call for an appointment now.

Need to address: Peripheral neuropathies are associated with HIV and it is not unknown to have strokes and/or spinal cord involvement, but should also ponder a co-morbidity. See infectious disease and neurology, maybe within your local medical school.
