I'm suffering from chest pain from very long. i am taking medicines from 3 months but there was no effect of medicine on my chest pain?

When you post on this site the more information you provide the more likely we can provide a reasoned answer. Here you say pain but do not describe it. You say you take medication but do not say what it is. With the minimal info you included it is obvious what you are doing is not helping. You are welcome to start over and provide more information.

There are many possible causes. It sounds like you need to see a physician to help sort this out for you, since details on location of pain, things that make it worse or better, type of medications you are on, and physical examination findings will be very important to help sort this out. Sometimes other cardiac tests are needed such as an echo, holter monitor, stress test or labs. Best wishes.
