Unusual: Azathioprine is an immunosuppressant used to treat Crohn's disease. It does not usually cause chest pain. However, it does cause bone marrow suppression and thus, anemia. Anemia, if significant, can then cause chest pain. I suggest you see your health care professional for evaluation.
