Is clotrimazole 1% solution use enough to treat toe nail fungus? i've been using this for a year now and it worked for one nail but seems slow for the other nail. what should i do now?

If the cream didn't work it could be that the infection is simply too deep for the cream to reach, or it could be that it's not fungus. There are oral medications, but I always recommend seeing a podiatrist to confirm (or your GP if they're able to perform a fungal culture)
