This question continues to come up but the answer will not change. Sperm have enough energy stores to survive up to 5=6 days only in the protected environment of a woman's moist inner genitals. They dry out and disintegrate in the open air/on surfaces and as described here. There is no technology that will re-animate disintegrated debris.
