Vomiting and pain: It depends on what the cause is, but presuming it is due to viral gastroenteritis, then the cramps and abdominal pain should eventually pass. If the pain is of the lower right part of the abdomen and she has fever, then you should see an M.D. Keep her hydrated with small sips of water or electrolyte drink.
