Had annual blood work done for appt in a week. Lab range had low wbc at 4.0 and low neutrophils at 1.8 and high lymphocytes at 44.8%. Concern??
I recently had routine lab work done. The results showed low segmented neutrophils 38%, high lymphocytes 46%, and high eosinophils 8%. WBC 6.1 k/mm3?
I have been referred to a hematologist for low wbc. My abnormal lab results were: wbc 3.7, monocyte pct 12, and lymphocytes abs 0.9. I have no other symptoms, should I be concerned about the referral?
Should i pay more attention to the percentage or absolute on my labs? Lymphocytes were 18% (low) which is 20-45%. Rest everything are normal.
