I have a central upper abdominal pain, that worsens at night while sleeping and in the morning when i wake up, it makes me nauseous (i'm not pregnant) and i can't eat. it happens after eating too. what can be the cause of it?

Sounds like gastritis or an ulcer, although gallbladder issues can have similar symptoms. Chronic marijuana smoking notoriously can cause CHS, which can start with morning nausea. If you're using marijuana, stop immediately. Otherwise go get checked out for an abdominal exam
