I had a cat scan with contrast 2 hours ago & then just now im having pizza & it tastes incredibly salty. i used the same dough, sauce & cheese i always use. could the contrast from the iv cause this?

If the IV contrast material you received was iodide based, a salty taste has been a reported side effect. It was quite transient,however. I'm unsure whether the salty taste would last 2 hours.
