Intestinal infection: You may have intestinal infection or gastroenteritis or some kind of colitis.We need more history as to how long you have these symptoms and what treatment if any, and what tests have been done.Did you have stool test done if it is going on foe a while you need to consult a gastroenterologist for further testing and colonoscopy/endoscopy.
