Unfortunately, neither test mention is absolutely "conclusive" for HIV. See your primary care physician for testing at much longer intervals to be reassured of the negativity for HIV.

For both infections, you should repeat the test at 6 months after exposure. For HIV, get a HIV nucleic acid test.
