A member asked:

I had and encounter with a person (unknown status) and i took a rapid hiv test at 37 days and a rpr at 58 days? are both conclusive for hiv?

Unfortunately, neither test mention is absolutely "conclusive" for HIV. See your primary care physician for testing at much longer intervals to be reassured of the negativity for HIV.

For both infections, you should repeat the test at 6 months after exposure. For HIV, get a HIV nucleic acid test. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Get HPV and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!
