Dye or shave: There is no supplement or medicine that will change your hair color. Some people go gray early, some go bald early. You can cut your hair very short so it doesn't show up, or you can dye it back to your previous color. Enjoy it: It's a novelty. Chances are you have what we call "poliosis", a non-problem that whitens patches or all of the hair from early in life. Many women will find it fascinating. If anyone makes jokes, tell them your great-grandfather was a polar bear. Or point out how popular white hair is on super-masculine men in those Japanese comic strips.
