You may want to consult a dermatologist. Certainly if the beard oil appears to be the agent of the changes, stop using it

Agree with seeing derm. Sometimes, but not always and it depends on the root cause, steroid injections can recover areas of patchy hair loss. If anyone can help, it'll be a derm. Definitely don't recommend trying any other products, just get seen.
