Do you need to have a cancerous lymph node to make all of your other lymph nodes become risen to a pea size? i have 2 pea sized occipital nodes with are immovable and they have not changed in 6 months. i can also feel feel nodes all over my body too?

This sounds entirely normal. Everybody has this if they keep searching hard enough. But see a doctor if you remain concerned.

You may feel the nodes every couple of weeks, if any of the lymph glands doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, or you develop fever, or lose weight, you should see a doctor. Wish you good health!

What are a few reasons as to why my lymph node can become immovable? I've had two pea sized occipital lymph nodes for 6 months and they have not changed at all and they are both immovable? And it said online that's its normal for me to feel them?
I've had multiples pairs of lymph nodes swollen around my body for 2 years. They are all pea sized and movable and have not changed. I also have no symtoms of lymphoma. Could this be cancer?
