Gonorrhea cannot occur in truly monogamous couples: one of you has had sex with someone else within the last few weeks. You both should have been tested and treated for chlamydia as well as gonorrhea, and tested for syphilis. Also both should have another HIV test in a few weeks. But if you both have been treated with the right drugs, your gonorrhea probably has been cured.
