A member asked:

Can pregnancy change your teeth? i had a gap between my front teeth as a kid and it went away with my adult teeth. now (at 39 weeks pregnant) i have noticed the gap coming back. is this from something else or pregnancy hormones?

Not from your pregnancy. It can be from so many factors, including tongue thrust, loss of vertical dimension, even periodontal issues. Focus on your pregnancy and delivery. After you're home and settled in, see your dentist for an evaluation.
