: Would follow up with urgent care for a blood HCG it is more sensitive, though by now most urine tests would be positive. You should anyway be evaluated to see why you do not have a period. Is it polycystic ovarian syndrome? or other ovarian / uterine pathology or pituitary issue or stress. . F/u/ w/ gyn
