You appear to have paresthesias, which are early signs of a peripheral neuropathy. See your doctor, get examined, and obtain basic blood studies. An EMG test would be helpful. A neurologist may be necessary. Get proactive and intervene soon, as many of these problems can be managed and reversed.

This sounds like Neuropathy. Diabetes is a major cause but there are other causes for neuropathy. I would get checked out by your family doctor. They will know were to send you.
