Hi there i was wondering if someone had a cold sore and spat on my face, later on in the shower if i touched my face then genitals could that transfer it there? i am negative for any strain of herpes virus so i dont have resistance to another region?

The spittle either dried or was wiped off at the time it was spat. The shower will further wash out and dilute anything else. The conclusion is that the risk of getting an infection this way is vanishingly small. Think of something else to worry about - not this.
