No: Once the herpes virus is in your system, it is in your system. You can not reinfect yourself by touching a sore and then touching other mucus membranes. Typically herpes virus is either in genital region or mouth but the virus can attack any mucus membranes and on occasion the oral version can create ulcers on the genitals and vice versa

No risk at all: Auto-inoculation (self infection of a new body area) can happen during initial HSV infection, but after 3-4 months the immune system prevents a new infection with the same HSV type, anywhere on the body. For the same reason, sex partners with the same herpes type don't need to worry about re-infecting one another. To be extra safe, wash hands after toilet or touching a sore, but really no worry.
