Your question starts with a description of a single episode but then states"it doesn't usually stay around". Even though it seems unlikely to be due to a cardiac problem, you need to see a physician for further evaluation including a detailed detailed description of the frequency, precipitating factors etc. This will provide an opportunity for reassurance, or further testing if indicated.
