When exposed to high temperatures, especially in very dry conditions, drink plenty of water but don't wait until you're thirsty. Heat exhaustion precedes heat stroke and occurs during excessive sweating causing marked fatigue, weakness,confusion. When you stop sweating and your body temperature skyrockets heat stroke with marked brain damage occurs. Don't over exert in very hot conditions.
