I have discomfort & pressure & intermittent pain under left rib cage for months & is getting worse. ultrasound was clear, blood test ok raised ggt. i have malabsorption (treated) & gastritis. it feels like a lump inside but dr cant feel anything?

Possible inflammation of cartilage of rib, called costochondritis. This is usually treated with anti inflammatories like ibuprofen. Testing is usually all normal. However, perhaps a CT scan or MRI is needed.
