Pressure uder the rib cage, like fulness, gas, pale stool..did ultrasound and blood test, all normal?

Get complete workup.: If this pain is constant, a more complete work-up is in order. Whatever may be going on might not be fully present, or it may be just gas. Pale stool may point to some underlying illness or altered diet. At this point, a more thorough workup should be done with follow-up to make sure this is not serious, like pancreas problem(s).
