I assume you're using vandazole gel to treat bacterial vaginisos which can cause vaginal pain and itching itself. Did you have these symptoms before using vandazole? If not you may be experiencing side effects from it in the vagina. I think you should notify your prescribing physicians and get advice&instructions.
