Dizziness while changing position from side to side while lying down might suggest some problems with the middle or inner ear. The PCP or ENT (Ear, Nose and Throat) Specialist should be seen to do the appropriate evaluation and treat.

Hello, the back of my neck has been in constant pain when I'm not sleeping. It's usually on the left side and I also experience chest pain constantly, pressure on my head, dizziness, shortness of breathe, anxiety, and general discomfort.
My right eye has pressure feel dizzy can only sleep on my left side. My head always hurts right side. Chest feels heavy on right side?
Left arm aching, and right side of neck aching. No reason, just horrible random pain while walking or sleeping. New dizzy feelings within a month.
